Hotel Lobby AI Studio provides online AI tools that help users generate and edit videos and images, including the Hotel Lobby AI video generator that recreates the orange-booth duo performance format from two uploaded photos. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Hotel Lobby AI is an independent platform inspired by the visual format of a viral trend. Hotel Lobby AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by COLORS, A COLORS SHOW, Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, or any rights holder of the "Hotel Lobby" recording. We do not distribute or license their music.

1. Service use
You may use Hotel Lobby AI only for lawful purposes and only with media and prompts that you have the right to upload and process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights. In particular, only upload photos of people (including public figures) that you have the right to use.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform.

3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Hotel Lobby AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

4. Generated output
AI-generated outputs may vary based on input quality, prompts, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them, and for respecting the rights, likeness, and publicity interests of any person depicted. Do not rely on generated media for legal, medical, identity, or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Charges are covered by our 30-day Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. Failed renders are never charged.

6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Hotel Lobby AI to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, exploitative, hateful, or sexually explicit (NSFW) material involving minors, or to impersonate real people in a harmful way. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service. NSFW content generation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Third-party platforms and music
Generated videos do not include licensed music. If you add a third-party song (such as the original Hotel Lobby track) to your download and post it to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or any other platform, you are responsible for obtaining any rights or licenses required by that platform and the rights holders.

8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent storage of uploaded files or outputs unless explicitly stated.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Lobby AI Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
